Steep roofs with more than one layer of old shingles hide soft decking. We tear off every layer, replace bad boards, and list each sheet of decking on your quote. New flashing goes in at every chimney and wall, because old flashing is where most of these roofs leak.

Newer homes up north

Homes built in the 1990s and 2000s are often on their original roof. Hail has bruised the shingles over the years, and the granules are wearing thin. A free inspection tells you whether you need a repair, a full replacement, or nothing yet.
